PLACEHOLDER Deichen aerial map of Waseca. First aerial map of Waseca by Howard Deichen. This map was made from twenty-five 4" x 5" pictures taken September twenty-third, nineteen hundred and thirty one 23 September 1931. The plane was flying at an altitude of five thousand feet when the pictures were taken. The pictures were taken and the map assembled and presented to the City of Waseca by H.F. Deichen.
