Description: black and white photo mounted on heavy gray mat board; photo shows a driveway and two square brick pillars beside debris along a street with broken cement curbs and scattered cobblestones. A vintage car is sitting in the driveway that appears to be about a 1929 Model A with a car license on the front printed 194 Waseca; property is at 1009 East Elm in Waseca, Minnesota as it looked in 1931 when it was owned by Charles and Florence Watson.

This series of photos was taken as evidence in a lawsuit the Watsons brought against the City of Waseca when damage was done to their property at the time of street work on East Elm.
