Description: black and white photo mounted on heavy gray mat board; photo shows a two-story white clapboard house with a two story front porch as seen from the street; it is surrounded by large trees and a hedge; a driveway with a brick pillar on each side extends from the street to the front of the house; the house is located at 1009 East Elm Avenue in Waseca, Minnesota as it looked in 1931 when it was owned by Charles and Florence Watson.
This series of photos was taken as evidence in a lawsuit the Watsons brought against the City of Waseca when damage was done to their property at the time of street work on East Elm.
