Description: yellowed white or tan - fifteen fabric covered metal hoops form the lower portion of skirt frame - 1" W. white cotton tape waistband closes with metal buckle - hoops are attached with staples and bands to five horizontal strips of 1" W. white cotton tape that extend at intervals from waistband to hemline - this design gives fullness and support to lower portion of skirt only.
