Mary Hatch Everett. 1 1/8" x 1 1/2" tintype photograph of Mary Hatch Everett, also thought to be called Almira, first wife of William A. Everett, Waseca County settlers; Mrs. W. A. Everett was killed by Indians in the Lake Shetek massacre of 1862; also killed were her two sons; daughter Lillie was taken captive and later released and returned to her father.
