14" x 17" mounted with a collection of oval portraits of the 1883 Minnesota Legislature. Everyone is identified by their portrait if not faded. At center is Governor Hubbard, Lt. Gov. Gilman, Chaplain Dad and a man named Fletcher, office unknown but is pictured between the governor and lieutenant governor. Zimmerman is noted as the artist. In very faded and yellowed condition.

Edward Otto Herter. 15 1/2" x 19 1/2" black and white portrait of Edward Otto Herter, born September 14, 1876, died June 3, 1965. Photo was taken by Bev Huneke when Mr. Herter was 83 years old. It won a national award. He owned Herter's Department Store which burned in the early 1940s in a spectacular fire.
