12" x 13 1/2" photograph of the Austin Olsen family posed on their farmstead, just west of Palmer in Waseca County. Two adults and five children seated around a table in front of an extended log cabin house. Also in the picture are a large dog, tools and a barrel. The Olsen children are Anna, Christine, Caroline, Alice, Tilly, Ole, Adolph and Joe. Photographed by Mellby, Waseca, Minn. Immigration.
