New Richland Street and Pure Oil Truck. Black and white photo pictures this part of New Richland before houses were built in this field; expanded sanitary sewer systems and curbs were about to be installed; the Pure Oil truck was for Reginald Sauer's gas station at the intersection of highways 13 and 30.
