Co. Hwy. 2, St. Mary Township Waseca County
Built in 1869, by Seth Phelps. This home was a large, two-story brick Victorian home in the Italianate style, with round-arched windows, working shutters and carved wood corbels. It was vacant for years and finally razed in the 1990s. Added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1993.
