Description: white enameled disk with red and blue graphics, imprinted: "Minnesota Territorial Centennial 1849-1949. Observed August 1-7, Waseca, County, 1854"; Mfg. Philadelphia Badge Co. 1949; red ribbon extension has a blue outline of Waseca County.
