White Neckband. Material: textile. Size: 1/2" W. x 14" L. collar attached to a 1 1/2" W. x 15 1/2" neckband. Description: white cotton - embroidered design with rounded ends - three 3/4" W. buttonholes. Both collar and neckband have torn spots. (Buttonholes in neckband were for attaching collars to blouse.)
