Material: textile, button. Size: 17" W. at waist x 38" L. Description: white cotton muslin - each leg attached to the 1 1/4" W. waistband - 16" L. placket on right side has a button and buttonhole closure - full leg is designed with 15 rows of 1/4" pintucking, a 3" W. flounce below a 1" W. band around the ankle - bottom 8" of legs are open with button closure just above flounce.
