1986-2014 Janesville Community Chest Janesville State Bank check registers. A listing of all checks written by the treasurers of the Community Chest beginning in 1986 with check #581. After 2013 the Community Chest ceased operation and transferred their funds to the newly formed Janesville Area Foundation; on January 7, 2014 the Community Chest checking account was closed at the Janesville State Bank, and on September 5, 2014, business records were transferred to the Waseca County Historical Society by the last acting JCC secretary, Barbara Ahlman.
