U.S. Army Camp Wolters, Texas Souvenir Pillow Top. Material: textile. Size: 11" x 11" with a 1" fringe edging. Description: pink polished cotton with colored graphics of army life at Camp Wolters, Texas, showing machine gun practice, anti-aircraft gun and crew as well as two army guards with guns, roses, eagle symbol and a poem in the center to "Sweetheart"; reverse side is plain pink cotton backing with an opening in which to insert a small pillow.

John Kramer was stationed at Camp Wolter during his time in the Army during the 1940. He sent this souvenir to his wife, Lucille Johnson Kramer while in service.
