Note from donor: This cabinet, was made in the mid-1950s for Marianne, Margie and Marcia, the daughters of Dorothy and Charlie Gigeay by Charlie's uncle, Harvey Roesler. Charlie's mother, Mary Ubl Gigeay was the sister of Harvey's wife, Lannie Ubl Roesler and their daughter, Jeanette Roesler Krause was very active with the Waseca County Historical Society until her death. This wardrobe was used by Dorothy Gigeay in which to hang her little girls' dresses and store other small items of clothing. Over the years it was repurposed to serve as a storage unit in many different capacities. When Margie went to college at the University of Minnesota-Duluth in 1968, this cabinet provided extra storage space in her dorm room.
