Description: half-page newsprint advertisement notifying the public of an auction to be held on Wednesday, November 25, 1936 at the retiring farmer's property 5 miles west and 1 1/2 miles south of New Richland; 2 1/2 miles east and 1 miles north of Matawan; about 8 1/2 miles northwest of Freeborn and about 8 1/2miles southeast of Waldorf; for sale were horses, cattle, sows, White Leghorn hens and pullets, farm machinery, wild hay, soybeans, alfalfa hay, oats, corn and household goods; Otto Frederick was the auctioneer and the clerk was from the State Bank of New Richland.
