Black Plush Winter Coat. Material: textile. Size: 16" shoulder to shoulder x 48" L. Description: long black plush coat with a shawl collar; wide same-fabric belt with 2 large buttons and closing loops; long cuffed sleeves; polished cotton lining; inside label identifies manufacturer as Hovland-Sardeson McColm Co. This coat belonged to Mary Jane McDonough Convey who lived in the Wilton township with her husband, Martin Convey.
The coat was passed down through the family until Mary Amsrud's aunt gave it to her. She wanted to donate it in the name of all of her decendants.
