Braided Rug. Material: textile. Size: 33" x 56". Description: multicolored braided fabric bound into a colorful rug with 16 rounds; light blue and tan center with black, tan and beige patterned border; one bright blue-violet band near center; one bright red band near outer edge.

This braided rug was made by Mrs. Charlotte Manke Lortis from Waseca. See her biographical information in the Bailey-Lewer Research Library Lortis family file. Donor is her grandson Buzz Lortis.
