Waseca Central High School Architect Plans. Material: paper. Size: 34" x 44". Description: blue drafting paper with white copy work by architect William Ittner, St. Louis, Missouri; sixteen sheets stapled together at the top, each sheet contains specs for a specific area of the planned school: foundation plan, basement and tunnel plan, ground floor plan, first floor plan, second floor plan, ground floor framing, first floor framing, second floor framing, half-ceiling framing and half-roof framing, alternative design for fireproof roof, elevation for truss, columns, and balcony, details for column, stage, tile and chemistry laboratory, east elevation, tunnel plan, north elevation and exterior details.
The 1923 blueprints were found in an abandoned architect's office in the Mankato Mall in downtown Mankato. Blueprint is rolled inside a plastic bag. It is between the two large West Flat Files.
