This early 1930s era highchair was the property of Wilda (Keith) Heasley Smith, formerly of Wheatland, Pennsylvania. It is a bentwood chair indicative of the early 1900s. Wilda and her brother LeRoy Heasley, along with several of their cousins, used the highchair as it was passed among their respective families as the need arose. It was when Wilda and Keith became grandparents that the chair came back to them. Those children u sed it and each time the Smiths moved, they brought the highchair with them for sentimental reasons. The Smiths have lived in Waseca for many years.
