Emil Felske Notebook. Material: paper. Size: 7 1/2" x 10". Description: green notebook; dated 1923-1925; notebook filled with notes: newspaper clippings of short quips and puzzles; page titled "Machine Shed" with measurement notes; "Sand of Louis Priem" dates, number of loads, placement of sand; "Copy of Barn Lumber Bill", hand written notes with measurements; "Hardware Bill"; "Cost of Barn"; "Hauling for Barn"; Farm related notes for 1923-1925.

All artifacts were found in the home of John Schmidt of Janesville, MN. John is a great uncle to the donor. Emil Felske was a family friend. John's father was George Schmidt. George was part of the Janesville Fire Department and owned a clothing store with Werdin. George also sold insurance.
