Richard Anderson in conversation with Rep. Sal Fredrick of the Mankato area referencing University of Minnesota President Nils Hasselmo and the argument pro and con closing the Waseca University of Minnesota Agriculture College.

Richard H. Anderson was elected to the Minnesota House of Representatives in 1990 and served as the District 30B Rep for a two-year term. He was also a 20-year superintendent of the University of Minnesota Southern Experiment Station in Waseca until 1990.
