Emil Herman Brandenburg died 1 September 1958. Ida Friedricke Brandenburg died 16 October 1968. Emil and Ida had three children. 1. Ella Wilhelmina Brandenburg born 19 May 1910. Ella was married to Harry J. Michaelis 12 June 1935. 2. Alfred Brandenburg born 5 August 1912. 3. Eldo Herman Brandenburg born 1921. Eldo Herman Brandenburg was married to Myrtle Christine Randall 26 July 1944.
