P. and Daisy Cole Ward. R. P. Ward was the grandson of Ira C. Trowbridge, the founder of Waseca. The architect was E. S. Stebbins, a family friend. The house was placed on the National Historic Register in 1984. It remained in the Ward family until 1991. It continues as a private residence."
