Description: metal shovel attached to wooden mount; the socket for the handle grip and the collar for the scoop and the scoop are painted gold; wooden handle and wooden handle grip; gold plaque on wooden mount: "Ceremonial shovel used for second expansion groundbreaking at Clear Lake Division on June 11, 1976."
