Description: black and white photo; house built by William Grawunder in 1916 in St. Clair, Minnesota, Blue Earth County; photo taken in 1944 while William's daughter Lydia and her family were living there; located at 329 West Main Street, St. Clair.

William Grawunder (1874-1961) moved from Watertown in Jefferson County, Wisconsin to Freedom Township in Waseca County, Minnesota in 1878. 3 June 1897 William married Ida Alvina Mueller (1876-1944) and lived on the home farm in section 17 of Freedom Township. In 1916, they moved to St. Clair and William built the house at 329 West Main Street.
