Selmer Hanson and Lydia Paulson were married on June 21, 1911 in Lemond Township of Steele County. Selmer was a life long resident of Waseca County, born to Otto and Elena Hanson. He was employed at the First National Bank from 1940 until he retired as vice president in 1958. Selmer and Lydia were the parents of three children, Orris and Stewart Hanson and Mrs. Archie (Aagoth) Hansen.
