AzWelikit Summer Cottage on Clear Lake, Waseca built by E.P. Nelson in the early 1930s. Elmer Philip Nelson lived at 822 3rd Ave SE Waseca, MN and owned land south of 3rd Ave SE (Goodspeed Addition). The land south of 3rd Ave SE was home to Nelmoor Stables for about thirty years. Elmer Philip Nelson owned the State Theater in Waseca, MN.
