Clarence Walter "Dan" Hartwich was born in Waterville, Minnesota on May 22, 1893. Clarence married Mary Catherine Kelly (Born March 13, 1888, in Waseca) on May 22, 1916 in Waseca. Clarence loved baseball all his life and lived to be 93 years old.
