First occupants of the Moonan house were John Moonan and Rosemary Breen Moonan; their son Joseph Moonan and his wife, Ethel Klug Moonan lived their next; in about 1950 Joe and Ethel's daughter, Margie and her husband Joe Friedel were the last of the Moonan family to live there; in 1964 and 2011, the house sold to a non-Moonan families.
