Description: cream plastic case; brown print: "Werdin & Schmidt, your clothier, Janesville, Minn."; Style-Mart Clothes logo on left; "Style-Mart Clothes, They do something for you"; steel knife blade inside case. (b) Box. Material: paper. Size: 2 3/4" L. Description: gold colored cardboard box; black print: "Quick Knife, with forged steel blade."

Janesville business: Werdin and Schmidt Clothing, Furnishings & Shoes. Pocket knives given out to promote Werdin and Schmidt store. Werdin and Schmidt were located in the Miner Building (Heritage House) and went out of business in 1968. The donors are the daughters of the fathers that owned Werdin and Schmidt.
