Photocopy. This photo was taken in the late fall of 1930, shortly after the house was finished. Note that the sidewalk steps in front are not done, just framed and ready. A front porch was added to the living room in the late 1950s and a back bedroom, enclosed back porch and enclosed kitchen/breakfast nook were added around 1940. That work was done by Melvin Wendt. The original house was built by Erik Sjorstrand. Jerry Rutledge's mother lived in this house until about 1992 and then it was sold as part of her estate in about 1995.
