Waseca business: Sprengeler's. This would be going into the entrance for the gas station part, which was also a bar. The other half of the place was a restaurant.
Location: west on Highway 14 where the County Offices are in 2023.
Original was concrete block, built to be an implement business, Byron Implement in the 1950s. Lynn Spies was a mechanic at Byron Implement.
Before the implement business moved in, Pete Sprengeler rented the front half and ran small cafe and sold 3:2 beer.
