This house, located at 810 N. State Street, was owned by William F. Kemper who also operated a greenhouse at this location, the Kemper Greenhouse. The name of the business was changed to Waseca Greenhouse and was owned by Mr. Manke and the Mr. Malloy who sold it to Rick Morris in 1972. About 1985, Mr. Morris changed the name of the business to Waseca Floral.
