Wesley Rethwill and Rethwill Residence. 4" x 2 3/8" black and white photograph of the Rethwill residence at 300 9th Street N.E., Waseca, MN; pictured is the brick house built by Dr. W. H. Rethwill Sr., in c. 1926 when he came to Waseca to practice dentistry with Dr. Prail. He lived with his wife, Estelle and two children, Wes Jr., b. 1935, and Annette, b. 1929; pictured sitting on front steps is Wes Rethwill, Jr., age 5.

The brick house was built by Dr. W. H. Rethwill Sr., in c. 1926 when he came to Waseca to practice dentistry with Dr. Prail. He lived with his wife, Estelle and two children, Wes Jr., b. 1935, and Annette, b. 1929. The lot was purchased from E. A. Everett, part of the northwest corner of his property.
