Buttermilk Extractor. Material: wood, metal. Size: 27 1/2" W. x 26 1/2" H. Description: wooden table - triangular shaped top with raised sides - three legged - long wooden bar attached at narrow end of top extends parallel to surface - gripping handle on bar end to slide bar back and forth.
Used by Mr. and Mrs. George Geary of Pemberton to squeeze buttermilk from butter.
