Burt Anderson worked at General Foods or Birds Eye or Fairmont Foods since 1941.

Burt Anderson donated two photographs of his father's grocery store on N. State Street, Waseca, Minnesota. Albert "Stub" Anderson and Jalmer Anderson (Burt's father) were brothers and business partners. Burt said they went out of business about 1932.
