Called a kitchen clock or a shelf clock with alarm. It was always located in the kitchen. The top of the clock has been cut off, maybe to fit under a shelf. Key 1.99.787b in back of clock. Clock repaired 10-30-2006 - 2-1-2007 by Guy Hostetter from Rochester. Guy estimated clock to be pre-1900. Do not carry the clock with the pendulum attached, it will break the spring. Clock has a key, #1.99.787b. Handwriting on back possibly refers to an "Old Repair" on "1 April 1931."
