Material: paper. Size: 2" W. x 3 1/2" L. Description: white cardstock - black line graphics of states: Minnesota, Alaska, Hawaii and printed information: "Waseca's Statehood Salute, Free Trips To Alaska and Hawaii, Winners Travel via Northwest Orient Airlines, Drawing every Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the corner of Elm and State. Ticket must be deposited at a Waseca Statehood Salute Store" - blanks at lower edge for ticket holder's name and address.
These tickets were distributed by Waseca merchants to customers who then wrote their name on the ticket and deposited it at one of the stores of a participating business. Donor's father was Iver Wynnemer who owned Waseca business: Wynnemer Woodworking.
