Lavender and Purple Linen High Crown. Material: textile, feather. Size: 9" diameter x 4" H. Description: pale lavender linen flat top crown - purple linen brim extends beneath crown and tapers slightly in the back - purple net dotted with 1/4" purple poms extends over crown and brim - purple sash extends around brim beneath crown - five grey feathers attached to right side of hat between crown and brim curl back over crown - purple grosgrain ribbon sweatband - black elastic cord inside crown - inside label: "Gaebel Model".

Purples and lavenders have faded to browns and tans. Artifacts were separated from #9.04 donor agreement form before they were entered into database. Others are accessioned at #67.04.
