Prom Dress. Material: textile. Size: 14 1/2" W. X 49" H. Description: red, yellow, purple flowered sheer silk chiffon - ankle-length - sleeveless - v-neckline with self collar extending back over shoulders and forming a back bodice capelet tied with a self-fabric bow at center back - pointed, dropped waistline front and back extends down into skirt - full length, cream colored taffeta slip.

1931 Prom dress worn by Adeline Marcella Blowers (Beise) to Waseca Central High School Prom. Adeline was born in Waseca County, she is the daughter of Anna and William Blowers. Adeline born 1912 and died 2005 in Blue Earth County. Vest 49.06 b goes with dress.
