Description: natural wooden frame houses two rubber wringer cylinders - one screw attaching clamp on each side of lower frame - one decorative adjusting screw extends from each side of top frame - long curved cast iron handle with turned wooden handle extends from one side - stamped across top frame: "Anchor Brand" - stamped on each side of vertical frame: "Anchor Brand Trade Mark L.M. Co. Erie, PA." and anchor graphic - stamped across moveable wooden safety bar: "Enclosed Cog Wheel Patented May 5th, 1896. Prevent Soiling of the Clothes, and Increase the Durability of the Rolls, As No Oil or Dirt Can Come in Contact with the Rubber" - stamped across lower horizontal frame: "The Hold Fast Clamps on this Wringer Will Fasten to Galvanized Iron, Wooden or Fibre Tubs, Patented June 20, 1895" - stamped on frame sides: "Oil Here, Ball Bearings Pat'd June 21, 1898" with a pointing hand graphic - stamped on backside lower frame: "Improved Guide Board For Spreading the Clothes, Lovell Manufacturing Co. Erie, PA, U.S. A." .
