Hersey Water Meter. Material: metal, glass. Size: 5" W. x 7 1/4" H. Description: cast iron meter with six bolts around base bottom, a hose hook-up in front and back; stamped on side: "5-8" and stamped on top lid: "Hersey Manufacturing Co. Disc Water Meter Model F 685650 Boston Mass."; top lid lid opens to reveal a glass covering over two gauges; "Hershey Manufacturing Company Cubic Feet".
