Palmer Sunbeams 4-H Club Members Riding on County Fair Float. 3" x 2" black and white photograph of the 1940 Waseca County Fair parade, of the Palmer Sunbeams float, a chapter of the Waseca County 4-H Clubs; young people riding the float are unidentified; float is actually the truck bed of a Priebe Implement Co. truck.
Photographs attached to 17.03 are from the 1936-1940 4-H scrapbook documenting the activities and people of the Waseca County 4-H Clubs, including the Woodville Hustlers, the Palmer Sunbeams, Waldorf Peppy Peppers. There are photos at the Minnesota State Fair and the Waseca County Fair showing all kinds of competitions, demonstrations of home and farm learning of skills.
