5 1/2" x 3 1/2" black and white postcard photograph of a boy scout troop, all unidentified, all wearing boy scout uniforms, except four little boys in upper left corner who are watching the scout activity; one is wearing a baseball shirt, "Hard To Beat"; about 14 boys performing a practice, one boy is being carried in a litter; another boy holds a bugle, two others are holding pennants; all standing in front of a stage draped with star-printed fabric.
A collection of 40 photographs donated by James Barber, Janesville, Minn.; all but one photograph were taken by his father, Benny C. Barber, also of Janesville; Bennie was the son of Permelia Pitman and George B. Barber; Permelia was the daughter of Leman Pitman and the sister of William Pitman.
