Ralph Haug and Helen Johnson were both raised in the New Richland area of Waseca County, both children of Norwegian immigrants. They were married in 1921 and became the parents of Robert Haug, Shirley Haug, Ruth Haug Hanson and Pauline Haug Fenelon.
