Description: white enameled light weight metal - red and blue enameled lettering: "Repeal 18th Amendment" - upper corner red, white and blue graphics: liberty bell suspended from banner imprinted: "WONPR, Repeal 18th Amendment, Copyright Applied For" - openings stamped out near each corner to allow for bumper attachment.
The movement to repeal the 18th Amendment prohibiting the sale of alcohol, began during the late 1920s; actual repeal happened in 1933 with the 21st Amendment.
