The Victorian Tea was an annual event sponsored by the Waseca County Historical Society and the Waseca Monday Study Club. On December 3, 1972, it was held at the WCHS museum. These photographs were found in a red, spiral-bound photo album with silver foil stamped title "PHOTO ALBUM" on the cover. The pages contained four photographs each with "magic" pages, striped adhesive with transparent overlay to keep photos in place. Every photo was identfied but the last two.
