Heart Shaped Cake Topper. Material: plastic, textile, metal, glass, edible sculpture. Size: 6 1/2" W. x 8" H. Description: white net mounted on a white plastic, scalloped upright heart; smaller upright white satin heart edged with tiny pearls attached to base of net heart; satin heart used as a background for two tiny frosting birds, two miniature ring bands and two ivory colored flowers each centered with a rhinestone; vertical hearts mounted to a white satin, horizontal heart edged with white braid and net; horizontal heart covers a white plastic cylindrical cake mount base.
Averill Warburton was raised on a farm between Waseca and Elysian. She was married to Mr. Cutting by Reverend Hinderle on June 13, 1954 at a 3 p.m. ceremony in Grace Lutheran Church, Waseca. Averill sewed her wedding gown from material purchased at Brett's Department Store, Mankato, for $100.
