Description: white cover, black spiral bound, front cover picture of the Sibley County plat map and two early residences of Pendergast and Fortier; contents: 440 numbered pages of early owners and plat maps from 1853 to 1997.

Donor's great grandparents, Herman and Wilhelmina Mattei owned a brick foundry on the edge of Henderson, Minnesota. Donor resides in Waseca at the time of this donation.
